How to: French Seams
Instructions:
- Match the edges of your fabric with the wrong sides of the fabric together
- Sew at 2/8th of an inch
- Press your seam and trim your seam allowance
- Sew at 3/8th of an inch

How to: Flat Felled Seam
The flat felled seam is used in active and everyday wear. It's great for fabric that will be exposed to a lot of wear and tear.
Step by step instructions:
- place your fabric fashion sides together
- sew along your desired seam allowance
- Press your seam
- trim one side of your seam allowance
- fold the longer side
- sew close to the fold
- press both sides of seam
